FAQs

Here are some common questions about the Thrive programme and its implementation.

Can Thrive be integrated with other personal development programmes?

Yes! Thrive's modular design complements existing frameworks in churches, workplaces, and community settings. The six workbooks can be used alongside other programmes or as standalone resources.

How long does the Thrive programme take to complete?

Typically 6-8 weeks in a group setting, with weekly 90-minute meetings. Individual participants often take 2-3 months, allowing deeper reflection.

Do I need professional qualifications to facilitate a Thrive group?

Facilitators must complete two training courses: Small Group Facilitation Training and Thrive Facilitation (approximately 22 hours total). All training is available through Bridge on our Online Academy.

Is Thrive appropriate for people in all life stages?

Yes! Thrive works well for adults 18+ across all life stages. The core skills (emotional intelligence, healthy thinking, self-worth, gratitude) are universally valuable. Groups work best with some age cohesion for relevant discussion.

Can I adapt the Thrive programme to fit my church/organisation's context?

Absolutely. While core content remains consistent, you can integrate Thrive into existing frameworks, customise discussions, add supplemental resources, and choose various implementation formats (small groups, workshops, etc.). Churches often incorporate it into life groups, while organisations implement it for professional development or wellness initiatives.
